We're a court surfacing company based in Brownsville, TX. We build and resurface tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts across South Texas and statewide.
Our story
Built in the Rio Grande Valley
We started Xio Construction in Brownsville, Texas because there wasn't a court surfacing company in the Rio Grande Valley. If you needed a court resurfaced, you had to bring someone in from Houston, San Antonio, or Dallas. We saw that gap and filled it.
Today, we work with hotels and resorts on South Padre Island, condo communities across the Valley, and school districts like Brownsville ISD. We're a registered BISD vendor and we know what schools and government clients expect.
Our home base is in the RGV, but we travel statewide. Austin, Houston, Dallas — if you've got a court that needs work, we'll come to you. Same quality, same crew, wherever the job takes us.
